KLAMAUK PRODUCTIONS est fondée en 2010 à Montpellier.
En clin d’œil au plasticien Tinguely et sa sculpture « Klamauk » incarnant un boucan explosif, un joyeux tintamarre, KLAMAUK PRODUCTIONS défend une effervescence musicale toujours en mouvement et sans cesse renouvelée par les multiples rencontres artistiques et l’hybridation des genres musicaux.

Allant du jazz aux musiques actuelles en passant par les musiques du monde revisitées, et composée d’une vingtaine de musicien.nes et techniciens professionnel.les du spectacle vivant, KLAMAUK PRODUCTIONS accompagne la création, le développement, la promotion, la diffusion des projets musicaux de son catalogue, et assure aussi la fonction de label. KLAMAUK PRODUCTIONS s’engage également auprès des publics avec des actions culturelles ou encore auprès des professionnels via l’accompagnement artistique.

Taking its name from visual artist Tinguely’s sculpture « Klamauk »—which embodies an explosive racket and a joyful clamor—KLAMAUK PRODUCTIONS champions a dynamic musical spirit. This energy is constantly evolving, fueled by diverse artistic collaborations and the blending of musical genres.

Spanning jazz, contemporary music, and reimagined world music, and comprising around twenty professional performing arts musicians and technicians, KLAMAUK PRODUCTIONS supports the creation, development, promotion, and touring of projects in its catalog, while also operating as a record label. The company is equally committed to engaging with audiences through cultural outreach and supporting industry professionals through artistic guidance.
